Warranty follows the product
A warranty is only valid the way it is written in that product’s description. If the description does not promise it, it is not covered.

Terms of Service
These rules cover every purchase in the bot and on this store. Using either one means you agree to them.
Refunds use leftover warranty time
When a refund applies, it is based on the warranty days still left, not the full product time. A 5% service fee is added. That fee covers running the bot and the automation behind the store.
Refund formula
Refund = (Remaining days ÷ Total warranty days) × Product price + 5% service fee
Example: a 30-day product costs $30 and was used for 10 days. Remaining days are 20. Refund = (20 ÷ 30) × 30 = $20, plus the 5% service fee.
Account issues take time to check
Some products are resold, so a problem may need a look at the supplier first. Refunds can take 24 to 48 hours. The refund is on us. Please wait while it is sorted.
You keep the account safe
After delivery, account security and the safety of your device are your responsibility.
Using the store means you agree
Opening the bot or this website, and buying from either, means you accept these terms.
Platform bans are not on us
We are not responsible for bans, limits, or changes made by Netflix or any other platform when you break the product instructions, the description, or that platform’s rules.
Abuse ends the service
Scams, leaks, chargebacks, or any misuse that breaks the product description or these rules can close your access with no refund.
Support stays inside the warranty
Help for a product is only given while its warranty is still running. Message @nfpro.
A replacement keeps the days left
If a product has 14 days of warranty and we replace it on day 10, the new one only has the 4 days that were left. The same rule applies to every product.
No warranty for account security
Lost access, shared logins, or anything that comes from how the account is kept is the buyer’s responsibility. We do not warranty that.
